We may pay or receive referral or co-broker commissions in connection with introductions made in relation to this opportunity, consistent with standard industry practice. Any such arrangement will be disclosed to the relevant parties as required by law.

5. Fees

12. Termination and Access to Confidential Materials

We may suspend or terminate your access to this website, or to confidential materials shared with you, at any time, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the terms of an applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement. Termination does not affect confidentiality obligations that survive under any NDA you have signed.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Portuguese Republic. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal.

For clients based in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. For clients based in the United States, you agree that any disputes will be resolved under Portuguese law and in Portuguese courts, unless prohibited by applicable US law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of this website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any Non-Disclosure Agreement or service agreement you enter into and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the matters described herein.

• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
